on or about 3/13/the vehicle in question was sold to the complainant after he was provided an opportunity for visual inspection of the vehicle. During the course of his vehicle inspection there was no indication of any perceived damage to the vehicle. The customer was also provided a
Carfax report which indicated that there was no reported damage to the vehicle. This is the same information relied upon by our dealership when purchasing the car at wholesale auction. Further this vehicle went through a post sale inspection at the wholesale auction which also failed to disclose any damage to the vehicle in question. As such at the time of sale we were relying on the same infomation that was made available to the Complainant and at no time did we misrepresent any facts with respect to the condition of the vehicle.Since receiving the complaint our account manager has reached out several times to the Complainant in an effort to attempt to work through this situation but those attempts have resulted in no return call. At this time we are willing to attempt to work with Mr*** by inspecting the vehicle if he would contact us to make an appointment

A resolution has been met between I and deal depot. Some misunderstandings were discussed and they have agreed to refund my payment. I would like to apologize if it has caused any trouble and would also like to retract my statement. Sincerely, [redacted]
I personally called Mr. [redacted]. He brought the vehicle in to have it checked out by one of our preferred repair shops. The issue was a belt needed replaced. We took care of that at no charge for him under our customer goodwill policy. The brakes and rotors were marginal so we went ahead and...
replaced those too at no charge. I believe we exceeded Mr. [redacted]'s expectation and made him happy to have bought a vehicle from a dealer that cares about their customers. We strive to sell a good quality vehicle. In doing so we rely upon reputable repair shops. No one is perfect and once in a while something gets over looked that had we caught it, we would have repaired it prior to our customer taking ownership. Such was the case here. It was the right thing to do. We also used this as an opportunity to improve the training of Mr. M[redacted]. Although we have warranty policy in place which he correctly informed the customer, sometimes we have to peel back the layers of the issue to see if we missed something and should do more for the customer. Sincerely, [redacted], CMD and Owner of Deal Depot, Inc.
