Carolina Fresh Water

Our experience with Carolina Freshwater has been great. We were not aware of who the company was when we first came into contact with them. We simply filled out a water survey and had them come out to do a testing. The representative sent to us was Becky. During her water testing session with us, she uncovered many things about our water that were eye opening. Once she tested out water she presented us with the [redacted] water system and the many benefits of the investment. It was a lot to take in. We decided to make the incestment in our water for the health of ourselves and our pets. Now with the new water filtration system we have cleaner and softer water. My skin feels better and my dishes are cleaner-no more spots!

My husband an I have recently purchased a water system from Carolina Fresh Water and have nothing but good things to say about the team that was sent to our home all in one week. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were amazing.

Carolina Fresh Water has provided me with excellent professional customer service. I received a quality product at a excellent prce. You can always reach a person and not a computer if you need to speak to someone.I like this company because they also service what they sale and and the products are of the highest quality. Great experience with Carolina Fresh Water! They came and did some tests on our water and showed us how hard water was hurting our system. They installed the filtration systems that day and called back within the week to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. They called back periodically to make sure we are still happy and will schedule immediately if there are any problems or routine maintenance needs to be done on our system. It was a little expensive, but worth it for the service and protection of our system and health. Thank you Carolina Fresh Water!

I would highly recommend that you not do business with Carolina Fresh Water. Let me give my reasons:

1. They have had a huge turnover of staff at their own admission. This tells you something about he company.

2. They are high pressure and boarder on being dishonest when they come to the home. We have seen no difference in the water since we paid way over what anyone we contacted would have charged to buy and install the exact same system. That was AFTER the salesman came down well over a $1,000.00.

3. They were somewhat slow at responding to a concern we had. They showed us what the problem was and THAT problem was our own. BUT WE DO NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE that would meet all the promises they made. .

4. We asked them about them coming and taking it out and them giving us a reasonable refund as it was (at first contact) not one year old and they are guaranteed for life. It looked like they would consider doing something equitable and then they found out we paid cash for it and that changed their story. They had their money so they didn't care.

5. My last contact with them was that IF they would buy it back for less than $2,000. we would need to sign a statement promising to not ever say anything bad about them.

It is a poorly run business that I was stupid enough to believe when they ran their little test that they can manipulate. As I said there is no difference in our water now than before plus we now how to buy salt and then they call and say there is a $200 - 250 a years fee for maintenance.

I want to get rid of it but what they offered to buy it back is not acceptable. It is in a cabinet and look like new and with their boast of lifetime guarantee -- it is worth more than what they are offering.
