I paid for services rendered and glasses in full at the end of my appointment. I was told I had paid in full and would not owe anymore money. A few days after my appointment they called me and told me I owed $90.00 on my bill because the young lady checking me out miscalculated the costs. I made sure before leaving that there would not be anything else owed to receive my glasses. They told me no. Today I was told in order for me to receive the exact glasses I had ordered I would need to pay $90.00 more. I already paid in full for my glasses. I was told I would not owe any more money and now they want $90 more dollars.
