If I could give less than 1 star I would. Save yourselves a lot of tears and regret and DON'T trust this "vet" with your beloved pet. We took our HEALTHY 4 year old German Shepard to be spayed and she hemorrhaged to death. When we arrived at the Carolina Crossings Clinic to pick her up her temperature was low, she was lethargic and breathing hard. Dr. [redacted] informed us that she would be fine and that they are not a 24 hour clinic and that they have no emergency services. She told us to just keep her warm with hot water bottles. And she left. We raced her to an ER vet clinic in Raleigh and they let us know that Dr. [redacted] at Carolina Crossings Veterinary Clinic didn't get her ligatures tight in two places and she hemorrhaged. When we talked to her about what the ER vet had discovered she was immediately defensive and irritated. I imagine she has been through this kind of confrontation before. This was entirely preventable and I know that nothing we do will bring our dog back. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but this was the most inept and callous experience I have ever had with a vet. Please save yourselves the pain and heartache and go elsewhere.
