We apologize that you were not satisfied with your recent visit. We try to be as reasonable as possible and this is why we offered the small amount of $20 to temporarily put your passenger window in the fail upward position. We would usually charge anywhere from $40-$60 to do the temporary repair....

When the vehicle left the shop the driver side window was fixed properly and the passenger window was still up. We cannot be held responsible for a window that came in with an issue and still had an issue when it left.

I am rejecting their response. That is the same thing they told me on the phone. It clearly states "DENIED" on the invoice for the passenger side window. They shouldn't have had the door panel off in the first place, and as a result of them taking it off, the window will not stay up. I was not charged any labor fees when they took it off. Why would I be charged anything to fix something that wasn't an issue before they touched it.
