doctor refused to give us copy of prescription for my health care rebursuiment account have asked repeately.my wife saw the doctor , recived suppliments from her , paid with health care reinbursement account , we have asked repeatedly for a copy of the prescription , they refuse to give us documentation. I can not purchase any more medcine of any kind untill I provide this documentation.Desired Settlementgive me the documentation I require.The business did get a hold of me last night and today they sent me a letter to help take care of the issue at hand.
