Worst customer service experience Arived to restaurant at approx. 8:45 pm. party of 8. Had to wait 20 min for service, once food ordered another 40 min for appetizers arrived to table. All orders except 1 came out incorrect and we were left in the corner without assistance. The waitress kept telling us that she had worked a double and she was new. Once food arrived- food was HORRIBLE. I was given a steak with cold canned mushrooms, kids burgers had burnt bacon (it crumbled in your hand!) and cold food. Needless to say, we were in the restaueant until 11:15pm with a group of kids. To get attention from ANYONE, I had to sit with my hands raised. Finally, the hostess from the front door came up to me and asked me sarcastically "Do you have a question?" I asked for the manager on duty (whom my waitress did not know her name) and about 10 min later a male came over to address us. Once we started complaining, he advised us that he would comp certain items off of the bills. We never seen him again. When we asked for the bill (which we had to wait another 20 min for) we were informed that the manager had left out of the back door and that he did not comp anything on the ticket. When we expressed our issues yet again- we had a bartender that had been nearby talking to the other servers about our party. He then walks by us, gives us a "thumbs up" sign and says sarcastically "We will be RIght with you" and walks off laughing. A few minutes later, the actual manager came over and attempted to smooth over the situation. We wanted to pay and go. She offered us $25 gift cards and asked us to return and she will promise that we have a better experience next time. And to boot- my kids got ill off of the food they consumed! The service is the worst, food was store bought and not fresh and it should not take a 2 plus hr trip to eat with kids.Desired SettlementI want contact from the corporate office.
