Do not do business with this company. I set up an appointment for monitoring services for my niece. I gave them all the information they asked for. However; the installer never came to my niece's apartment (after she missed getting overtime at work for installation), instead he called and said he thought it would be too difficult because of her phone service (Time Warner). They knew her phone service and monitor before even taking the order. When I called back to the office to speak with Maria about this she didn't even bother to return my call.
The installer was trying to sell me a new system!
