Review: On June * went into carol bridal to rent a tuxedo for my sons prom.. He pick one from the catalog they had. Navy blue with light blue in front blue vest slim fit pants silver bow. We received all navy blue tuxedo silver vest baggy pants and silver bow the day before prom. so I requested for my refund due to the order being wrong. The [redacted] and the son have a very nasty attitude n claim that was the same tuxedo in the book..they refunded me back 80 and charge a 51 dollar cancelation fee. Meanwhile the mistake was on there behalf. Very unprofessional. I just want my money backDesired Settlement: Refund for the 51 dollars
