Hello,We offered customer her funds back the same day error was made The error was two tacos missing from order That information was also provided to our online ordering company Customer refused to pick up funds at location Customer used foul language when communicating over the phone, there was also a threat and that is when [redacted] disconnected At no point have we resisted to give funds back that total about $ Customer has communicated a "Cease and Desist" through personal messaging therefore after that we have not communicated or attemting anything elseThank you
