I am rejecting this response because: If I hung up on him it was only after saying good-bye to conclude the call. After the call ended, I called him right back, but was hung up on myself, which I explained on a voicemail to him and in my correspondence with the Revdex.com. I never argued and was receptive to what he had to sayIn fact, if he had resolved the situation satisfactorily, I intended to give him business for a tree in my yardI completely listened to what he had to say, but was not satisfied that he wasn't willing to correct the issue with pressure washing or such, which I explained to him on voicemailI had let him use my driveway as a favor to his business to make a tree removal job easier for hmHe never let me know that in doing so, that my driveway would be discolored for monthsHe also admitted to me that his machinery left scrapes at the bottom of the driveway, which I was not aware of until he told meTherefore, in his email to you, it was a direct statement that all the marks were from the scuffing of tiresThe scrapes were disclosed in my initial complaint and documented in the images that I submitted.
