Review: My mother [redacted] is a resident. Every time me or my family member comes to visit, my mothers mouth is nasty. They do not attend to her oral care.

Her mouth is very dry. Has dry skin all over her lips. Yellow build up, thick, she can barley talk or even move her lips. My family has had to clean her mouth when we visit, because it is not being done. We always have to adk them to clean her up.Desired Settlement: I need her to be taking care of. Have respect for these people who need help. Not asking for anything but to have good care for our loved ones.
