Review: I brought a fleece vest to Carmen Cleaners on Monday December [redacted], 2015 to have a zipper replaced that did not work. The owner informed me that he could replace the zipper for $10.00 so I agree. On Wednesday December [redacted] we picked up the fleece vest and the zipper was not replaced but he just added a new stopper at the bottom of the zipper so that the original slide could connect both sides of the zipper and zip up the vest. When I questioned the owner he claimed that I misunderstood him about replacing the entire zipper system which I did not but it seemed to work nonetheless. The next day when I went to zipper the vest up to go out, the stopper broke off again so we returned to Carmen Cleaners and spoke with the manager who informed us that it was a manufacturer defect and that he was not responsible for either replacing it or refunding the $10.00.Desired Settlement: Since I have since had this vest zipper replaced, I would like to get my $10.00 refunded back to me.
