Ms*** is a Section Tenant. Her unit was inspected by Section 8, County and herself prior to moving in. She has complained many times about her appliances and other things. She wants her own parking space and a privacy fence around her unit. I have explained to her these
cannot be done. Every time she calls a service ticket goes in and a maintenance person is to sent her unit to repair the appliances. She wants a new refrigerator. I have told her I cannot give her a new one, but I can exchange it for another used refrigerator. She refuses. The dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes because she was using regular dish soap and not something made for dishwashers. She complains because her unit is not clean. I have referred her back to her Section case manager, who refuses to do anything and will not move Ms***

The city wanted us to fix a couple thingsWe have a great relationship with the cityThere are a lot of updates going on with the property nowThe porch is made of treated wood, and we do not want to change out the woodThe other porches
are the same color and we want to keep it uniform so we do not want to paint the porchThe association is a non profit, and we use money on everything that is necessary that has needs to be repaired with the allowed bugetEverything the city wants us to fix is being addressedConcrete, fence repair, driveways are being sealedWe have sent letters to all the residents that we are doing these updates
