this company horrible I went to get my carwash today & showed up at 8:they said they will be open in mins I said ok waited mins even though the company starts at I had a lil bit of mud on the front of the car and he said it is a extra dollars for mud I didn't argue I was respectfulHe charged both my cards $and said he fixed it but didn't When he finally cleaned my car it took them, mins and it was still dirty and I told them but they didn't do anything about it, neither did they give me a air freshenerI tried to contact a manger about the whole situation no one would answerI called at least times DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Was very disappointed with washWas a waste of moneyDid not get any bugs or mud off windshield or mud off side of truckAfter wash for $was done was told had to pay more to get clean or take to self service wash in Roanoke for a dollar can do it my self

I had a lil bit of mud on the front of the car and he said it is a extra 15 dollars for mud I didn't argue I was respectful. He charged both my cards $47 and said he fixed it but didn't . When he finally cleaned my car it took them, 5 mins and it was still dirty and I told them but they didn't do anything about it, neither did they give me a air freshener. I tried to contact a manger about the whole situation no one would answer. I called at least 10 times. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
