I purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander for my wife in May 2019, and after the contact and financing papers was signed. I was issued a temporary license tag for 60 days and was told that my Louisiana registration and permanent license plate tags would be issued in 60 days. Well after 60 days I had not received the registration nor the permanent tags. I contacted Carmax by phone and was told that the problem was being checked into. I was issued another temporary tag overnight FedEx. 60 more days went by still no permanent tags or registration, call the store again and ask to speak to a manager and by the time I got off the phone with him I was very displeased. I call customer service and I was told I had to deal with the Shreveport store. Today is November 4, 2019 and I am still running temporary tags on my car and those tags are scheduled to expire in 12 days. I would like the Revdex.com to contact this business and have them give a full explanation of why their business is not complying with their promises.
