I called this business for an inspection of my woodstoveIt was installed by a third party and wanted to determine if it had been installed correctly due to some problems I had identified and overall poor performance of the product*** came out, made some recommendations (things that we were already doing) and said he would check with the manufacturer to find out what could be causing the poor performanceMy husband checked back with him a couple weeks later and he told my husband he decided he did not want to be involovedWe paid him and thought that was the end of itThe third party installer and I ended up in court at which time the third party admitted my paid invoice/report from Carmar Gardens as evidence which they misconstrued and used against us; *** gave this to them without my permissionI feel this is very unethical and should be illegalAt best its unprofessionalVery disappointed in this company
