Carlynn Management Services

Carlynn Mgt is the worst run from them they have no clue what they are doing. They can't do anything in a timely manner espically sending out information to homeowners. Still waiting on last years minutes from the meeting. Rob from Carlynn management dosen't even know how to hold a HOA meeting leagly which is not good as a lawsuit can be sought due to his inability to hold the meeting correctly. I only put a star up cause it would not post otherwise.

The unit owner double paid her assessment for December 2015 after determing this. We asked for proof of payment so that we can make sure this did occur which it did. A refund check was mailed to her and for some reason she did not receive it from the [redacted]. Which we can't control the postal...
