Carlton Pools Incorporated

Review: I contacted Carlton Pools to purchase a new pool cover as mine was damaged in a storm. I paid $50 to have them come and measure my pool for the new cover after which I was sent an estimate for the new cover which I submitted to my insurance company. My insurance company had a question about the estimate and attempted to call Carlton Pools. Both My insurance company and myself have tried more than 20 times over a month and a half to reach someone at Carlton Pools via telephone and email. They refuse to take our calls or answer email. When we got a live person on the phone, they took our information and said they would call back. No one has ever called back or explained why.Desired Settlement: I'd like the $50 refunded to my credit card and an explanation of why they wasted 1.5 months of my time as I now have to rush to get another company to replace the cover before Fall.
