Application Denial based on credit Was told that if I had no evicitons, we would be approved They denied
Paid $to be put on waiting list for apartment I expressed concern that I had a low credit score and would like to know if I was approved first Was advised that as long as I didn't have any evictions and did not owe any past landlords anything that it would be approved On 6/26/an apartment became available for my timeframe of 9/I paid the additional $deposit to secure and was told everything would be processed at that time Although I have NO evictions and do not owe any landlords anything, I was denied I was told before the denial that they couldn't approve me until they had verification from current landlord, which lead me to believe that was all they were waiting on In order for the verification to be done, I had to give notice to vacate (which was days earlier than needed) I gave my notice and before Carlton Arms even did the rental verification
