I am fully satisfied with the resolution provided by Carlson Chiropractic. I submitted my initial complaint when I thought the business didn't respond to an email I sent to them, but it turns out that they did try to call before. The director of operations was patient in scheduling a phone conversation with me and sincere in her concern about my experience. She informed me that I had been given several additional decompression sessions, free-of-charge. As a result, I asked for the majority of the money I paid for the service to be refunded rather than all of it. The kind director of operations agreed to my request. I believe the circumstances surrounding my experience were unique and not reflective of the experience others might have. However, this business can be trusted to make ethical decisions, as they ultimately did in my case. Thank you for your help.
