I did pick up the car on Sept 19th. Unfortunately the same sound / issue still there if not worse. This is after leaving the car at the service center for over 30 days.  The service manager told...

me (after speaking with Tech Line) that the sound will go away after their system is updated. However he is not able to let me know when the system will be updated. This is unacceptable for me as I have to put up with the sound everyday when I drive the car, and after the so-called repair has been done (after they kept the car for 35 days).  I am paying almost $1,500 per month for the car. I don't see why I have to put up with the annoying sound while Porsche trying to figure out the issues.  This is brand new car which was being picked up on June 28th. It shouldn't happen this way. 
p.s. couple of corrections:
1) I am a Ms, not Mr (from the response letter). this shows how much they care about their customer.  
2) Service center left me a voice mesg on Sept 15th mid afternoon to let me know the car is ready (not Sept 14th). Sincerely,[redacted]
