Review: We contracted with Carlsen Electric Ltd on 11/**/12 for the complete installation of a Generac generator including gas installation. A check for $8000.00 on a $10,400 .00 job was cashed by Carlsen. Despite numerous attempts to contact [redacted] a licensed master electrician to schedule the delivery of the generator, to schedule electrical installation and gas installation, there is a non installed generator on my property. There have been numerous appointments scheduled with no show on the part of [redacted]. The last telephone contact with [redacted] was 3/**/14. I have reached out to [redacted] more than 50 times by telephone, text message, or e mail . He has been non responsive. A complete legal generator installation which should have taken a few days to do has dragged on for over 16 months. The town of Yorktown permit which was for 1 year has expired.Desired Settlement: Finish the job in a legal permitted manner or refund my money

Review: In June 2014 I contracted with [redacted] to put a sub panel and interlock kit for a generator and gave him a$500.00 deposit. In July I gave him a $8500.00 deposit for a 20 KW Generac generator with Nexus Smart Switch including a concrete pad and all electrical filing and inspection fees. To date, after numerous texts, emails and phone calls, there has been no communication, no product on site and no starting of the job.Desired Settlement: Want immediate initiation and satisfactory completion of the job or a full refund of my money.
