Review: My complaint against carls fence in bethpage is that I paid $3,000 upfront for a fence that I was told was in stock- but never was. I repeatedly called the store for answers only to get voicemail time and time again, I left several messages, so I went down to the store to see what the p[redacted]lem

Was and when I can schedule this delivery and gate installment. It took 3 weeks for them to tell me they didn't have the bronze fence in that I had paid for.Desired Settlement: I want the fence that I paid in full for to be installed in a timely manner,, they took my money in an instant, but it seems that disappeared when it came to actually putting in the fence I paid for,

The customer was not happy with a lack of response and lack of proper information given on our behalf.

[redacted] came in on 8/** and spoke with the Salesperson([redacted]) and the [redacted].

I called him back the next morning 8/** and worked out additional details with the material and delivery date.

As far as my last conversation on 8/**, he is satisfied with the current situation.

We are expecting delivery this week and installation sometime next week or when [redacted] is available.

We will call him as soon as the material is in our hands.
