When I did this job for the previous owner, she had 4-5 leaks. One leak was around the chimney and she said not to touch that leak because she was going to hire a chimney expert instead of having us do the repair. All issues on roof were repaired and that was over three years ago but we never...

repaired the chimney area. I am surprised they are having problems now, the previous owner has not contacted me.
