Yes regarding [redacted] complaint he called me weeks after installment said his window was cracked I told him I could do job for reduced price but not for free cuz it had been weeks that's along time in which anything could had happened the owner is out of country at that moment I told him he should call back when he returned or I could do the job again but cheaper he said no and that he would not use us again Complaint i.dis I just emailed u regarding Carlos Auto Glass this is complaint # customer [redacted] had said he got window from us because he got fix it ticket so he waited weeks after we did job to take it in for inspection it seemed odd to me that he would wait that long he seemed nervous when speaking kept clearing his throat I informed him the owner was on vacation but he didn't want a reduced price he wanted window free I told him weeks anything can happen if it were days I would of done it

I called them the day the cracking showed up I did not seam nervous a lot of business warranty there windshields I don't see why they couldn't I could not wait until he got back because my ticket was due for inspection and his owner was not going to come back for another couple weeks I should have a had to pay for another installtion I am rejecting this response because:
