I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she had me confused with another customer. Nothing that she has stated in any of her responses is true and her accusations of racism are unconscionable.  I hope that a government agency with the authority to fully investigate this business does so in the near future so that more unknowing customers are not subjected to this horrible woman.
