I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she had me confused with another customerNothing that she has stated in any of her responses is true and her accusations of racism are unconscionable. I hope that a government agency with the authority to fully investigate this business does so in the near future so that more unknowing customers are not subjected to this horrible woman

Business response taken via phone on 1/22/by Revdex.com staff (LL) Carlitta owner of the business called on 1/22/to advise her response is directed toward the correct consumerShe alleges the employee the consumer addresses as Thomas is actually Tyler: the employee who ended up quitting after his experience with the consumerShe alleges the consumer was racist and she would like for her to prove she has children by a black man as she highly doubts that is the caseCarlitta alleges the consumer received four of the five services and all the consumer wanted from one of the services was for Tyler to rub her feetTo which that service was performed.Owner alleges the consumer was advised over the phone prior to coming in what her out of pocket expenses would be once the coupon was redeemedOwner alleges once the racist consumers services were rendered the consumer walked out of the salon and ripped the gift certificate into two and at that point is when an employee reiterated to her she was responsible for the taxes and 20% gratuityAt that time is when the consumer allowed then business to process the charge

MsCarlitta called and states that the cons was very prejudice and did not want any of her ethnic working touching on herShe states that the cons was aware of what the cost would beShe states that the cons refused to have some of the services that came in the package b/c of the race of the
workersShe states that the cons is not due a refund of any kind
