Review: My basement/crawlspace had a broken water pipe. Therefore I called CPI to request for a repair service. The serviceman came to take a look at my water leak area and refused to perform required repair requested because he did not understand the root cause of the problem.3 days later CPI sent to me a bill charging $69.95 for diagnostic service.In the bill, it says my water leak may be of structural leak which is incorrect. A misdiagnosis,an unwanted service that I am forced to pay.Today 7/31/2014 a plumber came to my house and quickly pinpoint a broken pipe and replace it. In short, when my house was in trouble ,I made emergent service calls, please render correct service required. Diagnostic service without repair was not what I requested, therefore I cannot pay.Desired Settlement: I WILL NOT PAY FOR UNWANTED MISDIAGNOSIC SERVICE.
