Multiple attempts to contact management after giving day notice of moving outImproper collection practices by Delta park property manager
I attempted to contact the property management more than timesI provided them with multiple pictures of animal hair and bacteria coming out of the carpet, the use of illicit drugs all around my apartment complex, another tenant threatening and acting violent *with no response from the "courtesy officer" or the front office, broken glass all over the property, trash piled up for weeks-- all of which are documented in pictures and the notice I gave Delta Park

This apartment complex has moved a family of people above me, and now I have to listen to loud banging and stomping across my ceiling at all hours of the night Now I am being told that I need to pay an early termination fee to break my lease early, which is not at all fair I should not be charged any early termination fee when I'm not the one making all the noise at all hours of the night I have had to call the police twice on these people already
