Carla's Cake Pops

Ms. [redacted] placed an online order via Carla’s Cake Pops on 4/10/2017 with a requested delivery date of 4/11/2017.  Our shopping cart clearly states that all orders must be placed 72 ours in advance, as all cake pops are made to order...

( https://www.mcssl.com/SecureCart/Checkout.aspx?mid=F52C9B43-853A-41E4-9AAC-BB...⇄ ).  Ms. [redacted] called me the day of the requested delivery and I advised her of our 72 hour processing requirement and informed her that we would not be able to have the order ready due to the short notice.  We have done business with Ms. [redacted] where we delivered a cake pop bouquet to her daughter the previous year at her place of employment.  During my conversation with Ms. [redacted] I told her that I would have a half dozen cake pops delivered to her daughter free of charge because I felt bad that she did not see the 72 hour requirement.  Ms. [redacted] reminded me that I had delivered to her daughter the previous year.  I personally did the delivery as the location is less is right outside of the DSCC base where I work.  However when we attempted to deliver at the [redacted] Rd address the company was was no longer at that address. As you can see below Ms. [redacted] was received a full refund on April 17, as returns are not processed until the original charge has cleared.  It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] has taken this measure.
