I spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding the incident and informed him that the actions of the driver was against our company policy. Also that the driver had been reprimanded and before I could explain more to Mr. [redacted], he hung up the phone. The driver does in fact have a medical condition and...

would have never went inside a client's home or let alone use a clients restroom if not for the extreme emergency she was experiencing. This does not excuse the behavior but this was what I wanted to tell Mr. [redacted] before he hung up. I am sorry that this has happened and that Mr. [redacted] is upset and I hope that there can be a resolution to this situation.

I am rejecting this response because: I never hung up that phone. This is an attempt to minimize the seriousness of the complaint and the actions taken by the driver. It is apparent that the manager/supervisor of Caring hands transportation was fully aware of the driver's alleged medical condition and the risks therein but hired her anyway. This is not how a professional business operates. What type of medical condition and if this condition is severe to the point of feces in and around the toilet, a very foul smelling bathroom and not even washing her hands, then she should not have been allowed to drive. It is obvious that Caring hands willfully and knowingly ignored their policies and procedures governing their employees as well as management. I want a fair and just redress of this complaint.
