On March 26, 2016 I ordered five dozen disney figures she advertised and sold from her small business. She provided her banking information and I deposited a total of $63 immediately. She explained to me the shipment will arrive at my place in 2-3 days. First she said it would arrive via fedex. She sent a tracking number it did not work. Then, she went back on her word and said it was being sent UPS, then USPS. The tracking number did not work for any mail carrier. It's been nearly three weeks and I have not received my items. I asked her if I could get a cash refund, she denied my request. Additionally, she was very rude.
