Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I went through my records that I have from the time of the sale of my vehicle, and I do not have either one of those two documents that were attached. I have everything in one manilla folder from when I bought the vehicle and none of those papers are in here. If I would have been given them as the dealership says that I was, then I would of have them with all of my other transaction sales paperwork. The buyers guide only says that the vehicle was bought at previous auction and repaired. It did not state specifically that there was unified body damage that was repaired.
Regards,
Patrick [redacted]
