May 7, 2015Dear [redacted] ***, This letter is in response to the above ID number for a complaint that was submitted on 4/2/In this letter, I will refer to the customer that submitted the complaint as [redacted] * [redacted] returned to the restaurant when the attendant had several customers waiting in lineWhile the attendant was serving a customer, [redacted] interrupted him (the attendant) and requested his money backThe attendant paused to tell [redacted] that it was no problem and as soon as he finishes serving the current customer, he ( [redacted] *) would get a refund [redacted] immediately became belligerent and disruptive; calling the attendant derogatory names and using obscene languagesAt this point, the attendant felt threatened and noticed the customers looking uneasy so he (the attendant) excused himself and called the police.Upon arrival, the police officer wrote a report [redacted] was given a full refund of $and escorted out of the restaurantI have a copy of the officer's report to support this letterPlease feel free to contact me for any further questions or informationSincerely,Katherine F Owner

This letter is in response to the above ID number for a complaint that was submitted on 4/2/2015. In this letter, I will refer to the customer that submitted the complaint as [redacted].
[redacted] returned to the restaurant when the attendant had...
several customers waiting in line. While the attendant was serving a customer, [redacted] interrupted him (the attendant) and requested his money back. The attendant paused to tell [redacted] that it was no problem and as soon as he finishes serving the current customer, he ([redacted]) would get a refund. [redacted] immediately became belligerent and disruptive; calling the attendant derogatory names and using obscene languages. At this point, the attendant felt threatened and noticed the customers looking uneasy so he (the attendant) excused himself and called the police.Upon arrival, the police officer wrote a report. [redacted] was given a full refund of $11.66 and escorted out of the restaurant. I have a copy of the officer's report to support this letter.
