repair facility, it was determined that the engine oil was 2 quarts low due to a lack of maintenance. Per the terms and conditions of the service contract, the claim was denied. After receiving this complaint, we reached out to the seller, [redacted] and they agreed to issue the customer a full refund for all of the money they paid into the policy, which totaled $300.18. The customer stated they were satisfied with this resolution. A copy of the cancelled check from [redacted] to the customer is attached to this response.
