I have several issues with this company. The main issue is customer service, especially *** (CEO) who is extremely unprofessional and has no idea about customer service.
My issue started with trying to get a refund receipt. I made 3 cr/card purchases on 07/18 that all needed to be refunded, and I received 2 of the 3 refunds. This is when the problems with this company started. Response time was lagging and after several back and forth emails with the accounting department, I finally had to contact customer service. *** responded immediately, and I thought the problem would be handled, but his corresponding emails became more and more unprofessional. I was finally provided with a refund receipt yesterday (07/24) even though we told this company that the vendor gave check back to their carrier immediately upon receipt.
Today, (07/25), I find that my account was closed. I was going to check the website to see the accounting on the Cargo Sprint website to see the invoices/refunds, but found that I couldn't log in. I never requested that our account be closed. I contacted customer service and *** responded:
Hi ***,
We closed your account as we received a very strongly worded email that you are unhappy with our service.
How can we help you'
His subsequent emails became more and more unprofessional. See his next email:

It seems you are not following your 7 steps to happiness? (This was from my signature line that has a quote for 7 steps to happiness)
I asked him to be professional and provide me with an accounting of the invoices/refunds.
After this last response, I was done dealing with such a horribly unprofessional person, and I sent an email directly to the accounting department. It's amazing that this company is still in business.

No further contact by the busi I want to get an accounting detail of the invoices/refunds. I do not want to get an email or any type of contact from the CEO ever again. Best contact would be *** (***)
We had to close this account as customer treated poorly our employees (we are not only a customer oriented company, but also request that email correspondence to our employees from customers, remains professional and respectful). This person started making unreasonable demands (wanted to receive a refund in less the 24 hours, where in the industry the refund process is 5-7 business days, although we refunded back within 1 business day) Customer turned out to be demanding and started sending threats to damage our reputation all over the internet. We have been 5 years in business, and this is the first time we have to respond to a complain over this website.
