I went to carfordable on 3-2-18. Spent two hours down there filling out paperwork and talking to the bank. I gave him 450 and he said tell the bank you put down 1000 and I will tell them that too and you can bring the rest of the money down there. A couple weeks later he contacts me about the "900" but after I was thinking I owed him 550. I had someone call because they said they would make the payment for me over the phone with his debit card and I can pay them back. Cameron j*** told him I only gave him $100 and because I failed to get a receipt I cannot prove it. I do however have the installment agreement that states the down payment was 1000. Ive had insurance on it and the financing went through with gold acceptance on march 7th and the bank had paid the dealership for the vehicle. The 21st comes around and my kids and I pull into our apartment and a big f 350 truck pulls up and they jump out saying they are towing my car. I tell them no and get inside my kids were in the car freaking out. He kept calling me and texting me harrassing me and even having people following me around with my kids in the vehicle. He texted "to give up the car so you can live a normal life" he had an officer tell me earlier that day that he cannot report the car stolen. and said he will just wait until the middle of the night. I couldnt handle all this around my kids and thr anxiety of being threatenex and harrassed so he gave me some paperwork and I handed the key to him. He took my booster seats, my chairs for the park some of my kids shoes and a pitcher for drinks. I am at a loss for words and dont know what to do
Hi,
We were not able to secure financing (bank required a GPS installed and client refused) and had to get car returned. She gave us car keys, already confirmed via text message she had cleaned car out for pick up and down payment was returned.
This matter has been resolved.
Thank you~

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely
Carfordables response to my complaint was very untrue. He took my car with my sons booster seats and personal belongings still inside including their shoes and park equipment. I had the car a little over two weeks with gps in the vehicle. It was removed the day he got the car. Him and his boss were following my kids and I around every time I left in the car, came to my personal address which he got off of my application and tried to tow the car with a personal f350 truck which belonged to his boss. The bank had already paid in full for the car on 3-2-18 as well as an installment agreement and his signature stating the 1000 downpayment. He still hasnt bought back the financing from the bank and he took the car almost a week ago. The lien through the bank is still active as well as my financing account. He drove behind me with my kids in the car harrassing me and texting me if I want to live a normal life hand over the vehicle. At the time of opening financing and the bank purchasing the vehicle on 3-2-18 their license and insurance was cancelled so they were conducting business without a valid business license. If you could give me a call at your earliest convince it would be much appreciated!
Thanks
We were no able to secure financing for this client, *** Neely. I had these documents put together for you of what actually happened. This vehicle was sold and unwound when financing could not be attained.Full refund was issued despite client owing for GPS she destroyed. She cleaned the vehicle out prior to giving back.
Thank you~
Phenomenal experience with extremely friendly and knowledgeable individuals
I bought a car from them and after couple of days car engine light came on, which I could not pass the emission test. They did not help to fix it, and refuce to pay my money back. Eventually I went to a lawyer and thrught my lawyer I able to get my money back. I had a really bad experience with them
