I purchased an extended warranty with this company for my wife on 5/22/I paid $for the initial payment and paid $136.96/month I went to use the warranty in August and they refused to pay for any repairs On 8/29, I called and canceled the warranty They required me to mail them a picture of the mileage I sent the mileage I called them back and they told me they credited me for $ I waited five days and called my credit card company told me it could take up to days to receive the refundI didn't receive the refund I called back on 9/and spoke to the same rep He changed the refund amount to receive $I asked how long it would take to receive the refund and he told me it was credited on August I called my credit card company and they haven't received anythingThe rep said he would cancel the refund and mail a check I've been waiting a month for this refund
