A total scam! Received the knee sleeve, but way too small; return address on Caresole website is no longer valid - merchandise returned. According to the THIRD e-mail I sent, and finally got a response, returns are to be sent to China (at purchaser's expense) although the $7.95 postage incurred in the order was from a US warehouse in Southern California. Other options are to get a 30% of the total price refund and keep the merchandise. 877 phone number rings and rings - no answer. NOT a good business - no doubt some sort of scam! BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY - DO NOT PURCHASE!

I’ve been waiting since July 4,2022 to get a refund for a product I returned to Carsole.
They have my product as well as my money. I am more than frustrated.
Caresole is not a trustworthy business. More of scam artist. They get their product back and keep your money.

Ordered the knee braces,did not fit,returned for refund. As of today,4 weeks have gone by...NO REFUND and the 877 334 3354 number does not ring thru. Also I've emailed plenty of times...NO REPLY. I ordered my brace and waited and my money is gone …. No brace and no one will answer my emails or calls ….I knew I should’ve check this company out first but I was in so much pain that I ordered it anyway hoping for a solution SMH people should be ashamed for take other peoples money like this and should be held accountable and responsible

This is a FAKE company in CHINA, they have taken my money and no product.

I placed an order on Feb. 1st 202, for 1 knee brace that I needed desperately, shipment was supposed to be 7 to 14 days here it is March 24th 2021over a month and no knee brace received yet :( I called to find out what happened and they claim to have lost my shipment) they couldn't tell me when it was shipped, I feel like when I made the payment for my brace they automatically received my money in seconds, but now I asked for a refund because the customer rep. said she could get another brace sent out today and it will still take 7 ti 10 days I don't trust them since they didn't even acknowledge that my order was lost days ago...Grrrr they are not trust worthy they take your money in seconds and now make me wait 14 day to get my refund :-/

These are made in Wuhan China and literally take 25 days to receive. Comes in a small plastic envelope in the mail. My shipping charge was over $10.
There is nothing miraculous about this brace. It is just a cheap brace.

Ordered on Oct 5, 2020 no confirmation, no product and no one answers the phone. People work hard for their money instead of just giving it away to people like this. I've been DUPED! ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO!

Ordered knee sleeves from CARESOLE AND NEVER DID RECEIVE THEM! THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND AFTER A WHILE THE PHONE HANGS UP ON ME !Paid $51.00 for them ! Crooks !

Ordered 2 knee sleeves on Oct 4, received a notice they were ready for shipping on Oct 7. On Oct 18 I sent an email asking where they are. Still waiting for an answer. Called their number, it rand for over 2 minutes then disconnected. Looks like I've been ripped off.

When I finally received it, it falls to my ankle in a short time. No responce by calling the 877 number..

I received the wrong knee brace and have called for the past 5 days straight and no one has answered - Do Not Buy From This Company ! BEWARE

I also purchased three (3) knee sleeves on Facebook (when I was placing my order for a pair, it asked me if I wanted another one for extra $10) and they never sent order via e-mail and upon arrival, there was no invoice or information whatever. I tried one on and left it on for 30 minutes, but it was so tight and painful I had to take it off. I called them and got disconnected. I am going to send them back, but have nothing but the mailing label and three (3) knee sleeves which I can't use.

I just got 2 pair and they are so tight on my legs I swear they must be women's. I'm going to try and get my money back but the reviews don't look like I'm going to get it.

I received the wrong size knee brace. I called the number provided and was connected within one minute. I was told a replacement would be sent within 10 days. . If I get the replacement within the time frame I will writer a review when received.

I purchased the knee sleeves and they do not fit me. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a bigger size. The number (877) 334 3354 is no good. You are on hold forever until they just hang up. I send an E-mail to them and it comes back as "undeliverable". I feel as though I got scammed. There is nothing to do about this. Stay away from this company or lose your money!

I didn't receive my product. I emailed them and they said it had already been delivered. No I do not recommend this company or their product. Negative 5 Stars. Then the smug bs wrote "Cheers" at the end of their letter...

I've been using the knee support for a few days and my knees feel great.I hope they feel this good for a long time. I'll order more to give to friends who are having trouble with their knees. I'll wait a few weeks to see if I'm pain free for the next few weeks

I have received the 2 knees support and put it on after 12 20 steep it move down to my ankles tried it different way even over long john under wear still

same results not happy with it at all. Please advise were to return it for a full refund or something that I can use .

If no answer on phone leave a message because I wear hearing aid and cannot answer phone in noisy area or driving.

if no answer from you to correct this matter I will file with paylpall credit card for a full refund.
