We are tired of answering the phone with a FAX beeping on the other end. Our incoming calls for our Company are important and we do not take solicitations. Review: This Co. Care Point Health Products LLC sent me broshure & I order 6-6-14 product believe it will be for my throat long [redacted]e problem, but this don't works.

I call Co. cust. service Mr. "[redacted]". He told me his product for brain not for throat & promise refund.Desired Settlement: I return 6-19-14 see PO sheet & I was believed they return my refund, but after 4 mo. I discover in bank statement check #2291 was cashed $199.75 but not refund as promised.
