Bruce & Deb W of Care Patrol Scottsdale exceeded every expectation I had with respect to finding and securing retirement living for my parents. They went above and beyond from the initial touring of facilities, helping our family in times of need, explaining paperwork, contacting physician offices to obtain needed documentation, moving agencies along to obtain authorization for medical equipment, and checking in on my parents on a quarterly basis. Their experienced, caring, professional team of experts, including packers, movers, unpackers, and real estate agent all deserve a Five Star rating, as well. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I have had with a company ever and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is facing the challenge of transitioning their parents into retirement/assisted living.
