Carena's Jamaican Grille

Review: We placed two separate orders in, one for ox tails and one for jerk chicken. When we picked up the order, everything looked ok until we got home. When I started eating my ox tails, I noticed that something looked different, so when I lifted them up, there was a chicken thigh and a chicken leg under the ox tails and they were extremely spicy. When I called the manager, he told me that I was charged for a combo. I explained to him that, that was not what was ordered and he proceeded to say, "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about that." We looked for the receipt while I was on the phone with him but could not find it. I later found it afterwards and it was soiled from where the cashier placed it in the bag (so it couldn't be read either way).Desired Settlement: Because it was not our error, I should either be refunded the $13 or either credited in some way.
