I received the item and was unable to use it from the time I received it. I tried to get it fixed but they were slow to respond and when they did respond it wasn't useful information. I then asked to return item and they told me a local rep would be in contact with me and I haven't heard anything.Product_Or_Service:[redacted] internet device Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to return the item and receive a full refund.
