After much consideration, CareerPro360 has elected not to
provide rebuttal on each comment other than the following:...
May 21, a LIST of
education was given to client for input and proofing, NOT a completed résumé.
On May 22, the client gave CareerPro360 three clear career objectives for the résumé. Since the client had no past experience in these
fields, it was determined that research was needed in which client’s existing
education and experience could be made to compete in these highly competitive
fields.
On May 27, the client was contacted that a résumé proof was
available THAT DAY but there were a
couple of questions that needed answers by phone. Immediately
client requested a refund without even seeing the résumé. It is the policy of the company to not give
refunds at this point of the work process; however, it was assumed the client needed the money
more than the résumé and even though significant time had been invested in this
project , CareerPro360 agreed to give a refund
.
The refund was authorized on that day, May 27th,
and was processed by our credit card company on May 28th.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Thankfully, I received my total refund of $260 from Career Pro 360.
Now, I can invest in someone who can actually provide a professional resume.
