Weeks later, he asked for a Word version of his resume so he could make changes without having to pay. I explained that I don't use Word, but WordPerfect, sent him the electronic version of his package in WordPerfect as well. Another week went by, then he demanded I supply his file in Word or he'd report me to Revdex.com. I explained I had fulfilled all my contractual obligations to him, that he didn't get to decide what tools I use for my work, and that I wasn't going to purchase $300 software for him. I included WordPerfect's conversion of his file to Word, explaining he'd have to futz with formatting because the conversion process wasn't flawless, that I had done all I could for him.He then filed his complaint.
