We sent out our service technician on Sunday the 4th of October to resolve the issue There was no charge for the service call and the complainant was satisfied The initial problem was due to the phone company cutting off the phone line to the alarm panel The service technician repaired the problem and system was repaired at no charge to the customer A follow up phone call will be made to Mrs [redacted] to make sure she is satisfied!
