Please see attached for full detail While we appreciate Mr [redacted] position we feel that we addressed his concerns promptly and accordinglyWe made the additional repairs to his vehicle at no additional cost to himHe paid a more than fair price for the initial repairs and if it were not for the state of his (illegal)exhaust the issues with his counter shaft and input would have been detected on the initial visitWe did not have his vehicle for the entire time as he stated he had it in another shop for his exhaust repairsWe worked with him by providing the additional work free of charge and bumped it ahead of all other jobs in the shop
