Review: They are sending [redacted] COD through the Postal Service, to my box number for family member who has not been seen by a doctor to get a prescription for this drug. I talked to a foreign sounding man to inform him of this, his response was "okay I quit calling". Then he proceeded to start calling at odd hours of the day or night. We have had several people go into seizures and a few that have need CPR done for them. I told him this also, but he keeps calling.Desired Settlement: Stop calling to say that it is time for a refill on your prescription drug. No one has a prescription for the drug [redacted].

The medicaiton is not working like it is supposed to and is a fake pill most likely a suger pill. I would like the write medicine sent to me or a refund. The customer service number will not pick up my phone calls or respond to my emails all of a sudden.
