Care Animal Hospital & Care Cat Clinic

My rabbit was injured from a previous vet months prior to coming to care. I did not want to stay at the vet I was at. Months after his injury I took him to care to get neutered. The vet assured me everything would be fine and very confident nothing would happen. Later that day I was told in a VERY COLD WAY that he didn't make it. It's very un likely that a male would pass away from a neuter surgery.. I believe that too much ansethsa was used with my rabbit which caused his death. My mother went in there the next day because I was too upset and she was shocked that we received a bill for this. I am shocked that this vet was just so cold after being so confident that nothing would happen. My rabbit went through so much in his life, and now he is gone by the mistake and screw up of care animal hospital.

After having a routine appointment for vaccinations, I declined additional non essential services only to have the staff take my dog into a room and come back and inform me she had an ear infection. There was never any indication of any problem with her before being informed of this. I agreed to treatment and medication (which I paid for at the time) and was informed the Veterinarian would like a "follow-up" visit in 2 weeks, too which I agreed. At the "follow-up" visit I was informed my dog was healed and needed no further treatment. When exiting I was given a bill for $60+. I informed the desk attendant it was a follow up visit and I had already paid for their diagnosis and medication. To no avail. Having not been informed there would be an additional charge for a "follow-up" visit I believe they are not practicing in good faith. I have had surgery and not been charged for a follow up visit. I have to find a new Veterinarian for my pets having been taken advantage of and intentionally left uninformed. Stay away from Car Animal Hospital is what I have to say regarding their practice.
